DESCRIPTION
In becoming Situational Leaders, managers learn to provide their
people with the direction and support they need, when they need
it.
Participants will develop three leadership skills- Flexibility,
Diagnosis, and Contracting for Leadership Style/Partnering for
Performance- and the four leadership styles- Directing, Coaching,
Supporting, and Delegating.
Managers will also learn how to give work direction, praise, encourage
self-reliant problem solving, and dealing effectively with performance
problems.
